be forewarned that this entry contains somewhat excessive use of the f word

this is what i would've written in fourth period if i had a computer:

a stapler. i need a goddamn stapler to staple a fucking piece of consturction paper to a fucking bulletin board. but the stapler is nowhere to be found. so i set off in a fit of rage, frustration, and nausea in my futile attempt to find this fucking stapler.

normally i wouldn't have such a vehement reaction to a missing stapler. but today i had a good reason. it was the revelation i had a few minutes earlier, that this male-dominated society will never truly realize that in the course of human events it becomes necessary for a woman to use the bathroom at certain points in her life. a necessity which is severely inhibited by the fact that there is, essentially, no bathroom to be used in this whole fucking school.

i understand that there is a smoking problem at our school, i really do. and honestly i don't like it any more than you stupid teachers and administrators do. but sorry, by locking all of the bathrooms except one will not solve this problem, it only 1. causes all of the smoke to be concentrated in one designated area, and 2. punishes all of the good citizens of edgewater by forcing them to stand in long fucking lines and be exposed to the second-hand smoke emitted by high-schoolers talking about their children!!

so imagine my cognitive dissonance when sham told me today that the special library bathroom was now off-limits to me. damn the sham. now i know its may, but i needed to use the bathroom. can't men be even the smallest bit sympathetic? i guess not. women have been menstruating for thousands of years, and men still have yet to figure it out.

i just wish that all males, for just one day, one fucking day, could experience the pain, frustration, rage, and nausea that us women have to live through every month for years and years. then maybe, just maybe, they'd understand just one tiny bit.

but that will never happen. and bathrooms at SRHS will continue to be locked. . .
