au revoir . . . pour maintenant

well ... this is it. tomorrow at this time I'll be somewhere in the country of france. i am terribly excited but also nervous out of my mind. I've never done anything like this before. there is just so much i don't know what to expect. what will my family be like? will i be able to eat anything there? what if i get lost in the airport? there is so much that could turn out to be either a wonderful experience or an awful one. i just have to keep reminding myself that its only a month . . . but from this point in time that just seems so long . . .

plus i am going to miss everyone. I wish you all would be able to experience this with me! Also every single one of you needs to send me your address at which you would like to receive postcards. please send them to rc6180a@american.edu!!!

well you all have fun back at home . . . i'll be back before you know it. i'll try and update this thing as much as possible while i'm there.

but now . . . i have to go finish packing.
