ok, rachel now i know how you must have felt in puerto rico. here is a piece of advice to all who are thinking of studying abraod: never, ever go on a new program or one that is in the process of an organizational overhaul. it will stress you out beyond belief.

there is so much more about what i've experienced that i wish i could put here . . . but now i am jsut so pissed off that's all i can think of.
